One of the 4 bedrooms functions as a second master suite and can be locked off as a private studio if desired and has its own private entrance (it also connects internally to the rest of the house).

Outside you will enjoy the large lovely, private lawn with plenty of space to play and relax. There is a large fire pit, propane BBQ, 2 large mango trees (take all you want during mango season!), an outdoor shower, and an 8-hole mini-putt course. 
There is beach equipment included (chairs, umbrellas, mats, cooler, beach toys) as well as many baby items (Pak-n-Play playpen for baby (can be used for sleeping), high chair, booster seat, baby bath, umbrella strollers, and baby gates for the stairs). Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and dishwasher and laundry soaps are all included.
Elite membership to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club is included with your reservation. The club is newly-renovated and is located 0.5 miles from the home (10 minutes walk/3 minute drive).
